The challenge: desert and wine - 2

A combination of up to 30 tons of compost per acre and a precise fertilization program delivers the desirable amount of nutrients needed throughout the season for optimum vine growth. Egypt’s typical desert climate is stable and absolutely predictable:  Substantial differences between temperatures during day and night and the never-changing cycle of hot summers followed by moderate winters. Moreover, it hardly ever rains in Egypt.
